Corundum Crucibles

• Crucibles and crucible caps of different size and shape made of high-purity alumina (99,5 % Al₂O₃) are suitable for different thermal, e.g. thermoanalytical investigations.
  
• In addition to high purity, the crucibles and crucible caps were developed and considerably less expensive than those made of platinum.
  
• In harmony with experimental results their thermal inertness being important in case of enthalpy investigations is of the same order of magnitude as that of platinum. They produce the characteristics and significant peaks of transformation with excellent selectivity.
  
• Applied temperature up to: 1750°C
  
• Thermal conductivity: 30 W/mK°
